Eubank Jr to face Chudinov on the undercard of Fury fight

Boxing fans and live betting services around the world can’t wait to see Chris Eubank Jr clash with Dmitry Chudinov as part of the undercard of the Tyson Fury/Christian Hammer fight taking place in London’s O2 Arena on the 28th of February.
When Fury faces Hammer, the Brighton fighter’s challenge on the Russian will be the main support of the event.
Last time around, Eubank Jr had the first loss of his career when he took on rival Billy Joe Saunders, but if he beats Chudinov, who’s currently the Interim WBA middleweight champion, he could be on his way for a rematch, with Saunders ready to face Andy Lee from Ireland early next year, in a bid to clinch the WBO middleweight title.
The Russian is undefeated and a force to reckon with in the ring, as he was able to win 16 fights in the professional ranks, and two of those victories took place in London. In August, he was successfully able to defend his title twice when he took on Mehdi Bouadia of France.
In the card, Paul Butler, who’s the IBF bantamweight champion, will try to clinch a second title by taking on Zolani Tete, IBF super-flyweight champion.
In October, Butler was set to take on the South African fighter, but Tete’s fans were very concerned when they found out that his hand was fractured in training, and instead he defeated Ismael Garnica on a points win.
Promoter Frank Warren said: “It’s been a busy Christmas period, but I’m delighted to secure world title fights for Chris and Paul early in the new year which is fantastic news for them.
“For Chris, it was a close fight against Billy and the loss to a big rival would have been hard to take, but he now has a great opportunity to go straight back into the ring and claim a world championship belt and prove that he’s learnt from the loss and show that he’s the real thing.
“I believe that Paul is a super-talent and I’m especially pleased to deliver him a second and history making world title opportunity against Tete which should have happened in October. He gets the chance now and I’m sure he’ll grab the opportunity with both hands.”
Fans everywhere would really like to see what will happen in this meeting at the end of February, and live betting services will by no means miss this clash, as it could prove to be very intense.
