John Ryder is getting ready to face Les Sherrington in his bid to impress his opponents at middleweight, and sportsbook software services are anticipating a very intense battle in the ring.
The Islington fighter won four times after his undefeated record came to an end with a narrow points loss in 2013 to Billy Joe Saunders.
The 26-year-old was since able to get a shot at the world title, but he’s also moving up in the ranks and will move closer to a major shot for a title by trying to take out Sherrington at the 31st of January in a very important bill in London.
In the past two years, the Australian boxer, who was hardened by battle, won on eight occasions and was able to take on Sam Soliman all the way to fight’s ninth round before the past world champion stopped him.
“Sherrington is a great fight for me to start the year with a bang,” said Ryder.
“He has bags of experience and has a good record of knockout wins so I will need to be at my best. But I have been working hard over Christmas and am in great shape. I am looking forward to shining on January 31.”
And many fans are also well away of how much experience he has in the ring, and don’t see the fighter as being a very easy opponent at all.
The meeting that Ryder is set to have with Sherrington is will be part of a lineup topped by the much anticipated fight in the heavyweight ranks between Kevin Johnson and Anthony Joshua.
Joshua was able to stop all 10 of the fighters that he faced, but in a career consisting of 36 clashes, Johnson was never stopped before, and these include fights against Dereck Chisora, Tyson Fury, and Vitali Klitschko.
Kevin Mitchell, a lightweight, is also returning to the ring, and the fighter could be in contention for a world title if he takes out Daniel Estrada.
Ricky Boylan will face Tommy Martin, as Tyler Goodjohn will meet John Wayne Hibbert in a yet another domestic fight that could prove to be a bit hit with many fans.
Boxing fans all over the world are looking forward to some very intense clashes at the end of January, and sportsbook software services are not ready to miss the action when these meetings get underway.
