Allegri is not underestimating Parma

Massimiliano Allegri said that Juventus won’t let Parma’s current bad form in the league get in the way of their focus before their Coppa Italia meeting on Wednesday. Online bookmakers know about the importance of this match, and hope to see the team completely concentrated.
Allegri is not ready to take Parma lightly before the quarter-final of the Coppa Italia played on Wednesday by Juve.
Parma are going through a terrible season, as they were only able to record three victories out of 20 games, which sent the team to the bottom. However, the cup saw them a bit relieved.
In the last round, Parma beat Cagliari, but now they have a much more difficult task ahead in the last eight, with Juventus – who are leading the Serie A -going to the Stadio Ennio Tardini to take on Roberto Donadoni’s side.
However, Juve’s manager is not ready to take a win against Parma for granted – and the team’s fans seriously hope that he doesn’t – as he said that his side must seriously concentrate if they’re looking to win the cup after 20 years.
“Tomorrow’s game is a quarter-final, we have an obligation and a duty to try and make the semi-finals,” said Allegri. “I believe it’s 20 years since Juventus won the Coppa Italia, so this should be one of our main goals with the league and the [UEFA] Champions League.
And many fans also know that it has indeed been a very long time.
“We must not think that we’ll go to Parma tomorrow and find an easy game, because it’s an important game for them too, to try and make it into a semi-final.
“It will be difficult, very difficult, so we must not underestimate the commitment that will be needed tomorrow night.
“We must approach it with the right attitude, knowing that it won’t be an easy game, partly because in recent games – although they didn’t get results – Parma have played well.
“Let’s not forget, they’ve beaten Inter and Fiorentina in the league.”
For the meeting, Juve could see Andrea Pirlo return to the club after an illness – something that online bookmakers believe should give the team a very big boost – as Andrea Barzagli is getting close to going back to the first team after an injury to the foot that worried many of the team’s fans.
