Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova’s tennis betting fans were delighted to see that the player completed her great week in Paris at the Open GDF SUEZ when she clinched a three-set victory over third seeded Sara Errani in the final on Sunday.
Pay per head sportsbooks saw that on her way to the final, Pavlyuchenkova was able to defeat seventh seed Carla Suarez Navarro, fourth-seeded Angelique Kerber and top seed Maria Sharapova, where she again looked in excellent form as she beat Errani 3-6 6-2 6-3 for a sixth career WTA title with very good tennis odds.
But it was not all easy for the 22-year-old Russian, as the energetic Italian Errani edged the first set on the back of a run of seven games in a row which overturned an early deficit of 3-1, and tennis betting fans all over the world were at the edge of their seats with the action.
Price per head services then saw that in the second set, the winning streak also saw Errani move into a lead of 2-0, but that was the cue for Pavlyuchenkova to answer in kind with seven consecutive games of her own, taking the match to a decider and thrilling her tennis betting fans in the process.
Errani hit back in the third set with three straight games, taking the initiative, but pay per head sportsbooks saw that another run of games in Pavlyuchenkova’s favour – five this time – saw her clinch a win in which the player shot 48 winners, makng great tennis odds in the process.
Pavlyuchenkova told the WTA Tour website: “When I lost seven games in a row I don’t really know what happened – maybe I was a little stressed because I was missing some shots and she was so solid.
“Also, I was serving so well throughout the tournament and there were times today where I was really struggling on serve.
